BioCon: biorefining technology for tomorrow's circular bioeconomy

This innovation mandate should pave the way for the realization of the spin-off 'BioCon', which develops its own lignin-first biorefining technology to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable circular bio-economy. In order to realize this ambition, innovation is pursued from both the process (reactor design and upscaling) and the product side (application development), to demonstrate the technological feasibility and to bring industrial investors towards commercialization.
