Collaboration on tackling homelessness in the city of Leuven

The LUCAS research center will include the city of Leuven in the MEHOBEL study that monitors global homelessness in Belgium. Researchers from different parts of the country, including KU Leuven, are working out a joint strategy for measuring homelessness through the study. Leuven will therefore have figures available that can serve as the basis for a local action plan. There is specific attention for impending eviction and hidden homelessness. LUCAS will contribute to the development of a broad partner network and an action plan to combat Leuven against homelessness
