Analysis of jurisprudence and legal doctrine on nuisance and complaints caused by domestic wood heating (R-10367)

The aim of the study is to gain a better understanding of the judicial assessments and appraisals of these forms of nuisance/complaints and of the bottlenecks and difficulties encountered and solutions proposed. Such insights should contribute to the elaboration, at a later stage, when the results of other actions implementing the Green Deal on domestic wood heating are also available, of a roadmap for dealing with nuisance complaints from wood-fired heating installations
