When do exogenous shocks trigger institutional change: minimum income protection in times of crisis.

This project seeks to expand our knowledge on these first round crisis measures, and to assess their possible impact onsubsequent policy measures and welfare state change. The project takes advantage of the research opportunity offered by the 2008 crisis.
