High-frequency power quality: influence of grid components on the emission between 2 and 500 kHz in low-voltage networks.

Electromagnetic compatibility is based on defining compatibility levels, immunity tests and emission tests. Emission is determined by the impedance of the network and its components (sources, loads, grid configuration). By modelling the low-voltage grid between 2 - 500 kHz, the impedance and attenuation can be determined. These parameters are essential to determine emission, propagation and interactions in the grid.
