Project

The biology and neurophysiology of meaningful activities of daily living in people with chronic conditions .

The ability to perform Meaningful Activities in Daily-live and Participation are main outcomes of rehabilitation trajectories for individuals suffering a chronic condition. Based on previous research, this has been modelled as a combination of performance-skills, activity-challenges and trust in the environment. In this project we aim to validate the model through recording electroencephalographic data, fMRI-scans and biomarkers of autonomous functions.
