Project
Creating negative CO2 emissions via enhanced silicate weathering (ESW)
This project will tackle the problem of climate stabilization by examining
the feasibility of a innovative negative emission technology: enhanced
silicate weathering (ESW) integrated into coastal zone management. The
goal is to perform basic research into efficiency, co-benefits and
environmental impact of the technique, in order to examine if and how it can be developed into a sustainable and cost-effective approach for
creating negative emissions.
