Reduction of intestinal ischemia reperfusion injury in a rat model using intravenous INT-767: a novel synthetic dual FXR/TGR5 agonist

The aim of this project is to evaluate the protective effect of INT-767 on a model of severe intestinal IRI by evaluation of intestinal permeability, histological injury, tissue specific biomarkers, pro-inflammatory cytokines, p62 expression and survival.
