Experimental housing projects in East Flanders (RenoseeC+)

The aim of the project is to renovate single and multi-family homes collectively and affordably on the basis of a catalog of innovative technical, financial and legal solutions. The ultimate objectives are: 1) a reduction in non-renewable resources (materials, energy), a reduction in the amount of waste and CO2 emissions,

2) an increase in the use and reuse of resources in a circular manner,

3) improving human health and

4) more social cohesion in the neighborhoods.

The project includes the unburdening process from the start of the recruitment of homeowners, the design of the renovation plans to the implementation of the renovation itself.
