Child Guarantee

This study aims at exploring how a Child Guarantee could contribute to combating child poverty and social exclusion and to ensuring the access of these children to five key social rights: free healthcare, free education, free early childhood education and care, decent housing and adequate nutrition. The study will provide a thorough analysis of the design, governance and implementation of existing schemes and compare these to the potential aded value of a Child Guarantee scheme focusing on four groups of vulnerable children: children residing in institutions, children with disabilities, children with a migrant background and children living in precarious family situations.
