'Atheisterey, Ungalube, Irreligion: Moses Mendelssohn's negative appraisal of atheism

The aim of this article is to understand why the famous Enlightenment philosopher Moses Mendelssohn radically rejected atheism. To do this I discuss his existential, ethical and theoretical objections against atheism and his attempts to refute it.
