Operationalisation of a case law database: access and anonymization

The proposal aims to facilitate access to and anonymization of case law in a database. This requires structured descriptive data (meta-data), as well as unstructured textual data (pdf-documents) to allow for analysis of substantive connections and matchings. This proposal taps into the vein of a new empirical line of research that the Faculty of Law & Criminology wants to establish transversally.
