Effectiveness and personal/social impact of tenofovir disoproxil fumarate treatment in patients with chronic hepatitis B Virus infection. The impact of treatment on changes in glycosylation patterns of proteins

Effectiveness of tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF) according to clinical and subclinical criteria including histologic improvement is the main objective of long-term treatment. My study is performed to examine the effectiveness and personal/social impact of TDF in treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B and to evaluate the impact of treatment on changes in glycosylation patterns of proteins.
