The program aims to contribute to the following general objective: development of a center of expertise on psychosocial well-being of children and young people affected by war in the South, with special attention for child soldiers. The specific objectives are: 1) strengthening the knowledge and expertise of organizations and initiatives, both at national and international level, regarding psychosocial support and 2) support and development of regional support centers. These goals are to be achieved through 6 partial actions.
