Harnessing autophagy in the tumor microenvironment for the improvement of radiation mediated anti-tumor immunity

We aim to reveal how tumor vasculature-associated autophagy regulates the interface between endothelial cells and T cells and influences spontaneous and radiotherapy induced antitumor immunity. We expect to gain novel insights into immunomodulatory processes regulated by autophagy at the endothelial cells-T cell interface.
