KOTK Unraveling the resistance mechanisms to PI3K/mTOR inhibition and PD-1 blockade in uterine leiomyosarcoma.
We aim to unravel resistance mechanisms involved in I3K/mTOR inhibition and PD-1 blockade in uterine leiomyosarcoma.(uLMS) tumors, with the objective to design combinatorial treatments approaches to tackle resistance and improve patient outcome.
