APPLISURF: Development, characterisation and application of a portfolio of new biosurfactants (APPLISURF)

This project aims to solve the current stumbling blocks through a combination of optimization, scale-up and high throughput (HTP) characterization of a glycolipids biosurfactant technology platform. The characterization will be followed by structure-function modeling, after which targeted scaling up of specific interesting molecules can be followed by industrial evaluation by the user group.
