REDBOAR: Reduction of boar taint in meat products: alternative production processes (REDBOAR)

The aim of the project is to map the castration problems and their approach across all links of the pork value chain to meat processing plants, comparing two scenarios (immunocastration and intact male bears) with the scenario of castrated boars.
