Evaluation of the decree of 12July 2013 regarding the integral youth assistance. (SWVG-EF36)

The aim of this research is to find out to what extent and in what manner the objectives set in the decree have been achieved, and to what extent the policy pursued has had an effect (policy impact) on the stakeholders involved, namely the minors and their context. and youth care providers from all different sectors. In other words, the evaluation will examine to what extent (the implementation of) the decree and the accompanying implementing decisions have or have not contributed to the realization of the objectives as described in article 8 of the decree, for minors and their context as well as the youth care providers. . The research also tries to report the necessary explanations for the established level of realization.The result of the research, an evaluation report with findings and accompanying recommendations, can then contribute to the adjustment of the policy pursued.
