Marius Regin

Marius Regin graduated in Biomedical Sciences at the VUB in june 2018 with great distinction. During his master thesis at REGE he validated and implemented simultaneous genomic and transcriptomic sequencing of single human embryonic stem cells. Immediately after obtaining his master degree he started his PhD project under supervision of Prof. Sermon and Prof. Spits on the search for the origin of chromosomal abnormalities in human preimplantation embryos. Furthermore, he has ongoing collaborations with the KU Leuven and the Karolinska Institutet (Sweden).
