Optimization of ketone body supplementation to protect against ICU-acquired weakness

Preliminary preclinical data indicates that ketone bodies can protect against the debilitation condition of ICU-acquired weakness. In this project, aim to optimize the supplementation of ketone bodies in critically ill mice to facilitate the translation to critically ill patients.
