Project

Monitoring and Evaluation of projects on active and shared citizenship in Flanders.

Commissioned by the European Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), HIVA-KULeuven provides support for monitoring and evaluation in a number of local projects aimed at strengthening active and shared citizenship among third-country nationals in Flanders. The HIVA-KULeuven does this by developing and rolling out a low-threshold monitoring and evaluation tool based on the Outcome Mapping method. Through a participatory approach, HIVA-KULeuven, in collaboration with the Minorities Forum, will integrate this instrument into the local policy participatory projects and thus assist the projects in monitoring, evaluating and validating their interim and final results. At the same time, the ambition is to create a learning trajectory so that project staff, but also superstructure organizations and authorities from the validated projects can draw lessons for the future and also strengthen their capacity for monitoring and evaluation.
