Feasability of the creation of an International Diamond Centre Antwerp (IDDCA).
The feasibility study will look into different aspects needed to create and run IDDCA such as, but not limited to, interaction with the industry, business focus, financial plans, organisational structure, legal aspects, ICT set up and security.
