Single cell expression profiling of neuroblastoma in search of novel treatment approaches for chemoresistant clones

In the devastating childhood cancer neuroblastoma, this project will use single cell expression profiling and liquid biopsy tumor sampling to explore the characteristics of chemoresistant and metastatic disease, with the aim to exploit these characteristics to improve treatment success.
