Project

Towards single-cell proteomic and metabolomic analysis by developing single-node silica-monolithic columns to bridge the gap between open-tubular and monolithic capillary chromatography columns (FWOTM704)

The aim of this project is to develop a novel chromatographic support structure (i.e. single-node monolithic silica columns) targeting the ultra-trace analysis of single-cells using sub-nanoflow LC-MS. More specifically, the project aims at synthesizing novel silica-monolithic structures in the confined space of ultra-narrow capillary tubes.
