Thermoplastic elastomers based on wheat gluten.
The main aim of this project is to draw up a business plan based on an interaction with the market and aimed at the creation of a spin-off company specialized in the development, production, applications and marketing of materials based on short-term wheat gluten and based on protein-rich secondary streams in general in the longer term.
