Juridification of labor accidents in the western industrializing world

This project aims to identify the factors that triggered and catalyzed the process of juridification of labor accidents in its different stages and complexities by analyzing the legal developments in seven industrializing countries in the second half of the nineteenth-century, concentrating on the administrative, judicial, legislative and doctrinal dimensions of juridification. Goal is to get a clear insight in the complex phenomenon juridification.
