Vascular remodeling: Interplay of mechanical forces and molecular cues.

To gain new insight into the physical and molecular mechanisms that cause abnormal vascular remodeling and blood vessel fusion by using a mouse embryonic model. The ultimate goal of this research is to develop new strategies to prevent AVMs during embryonic vascular development.
