High precision imaging of prostate specific membrane antigen for personalized treatment in prostate cancer.

By investigating 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT imaging in prostate cancer, this technique hopes to add enough sensitivity and specificity to the existing arsenal of conventional imaging used in prostate cancer, so that it can form a valid, non-invasive and relatively cost-effective alternative for extensive lymph node dissection.
