Genomic profiling of cell-free DNA
The project aims to expand the utility of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) testing. We focus on developing generic methods that are applicable to a number of conditions, advancing cfDNA analyses that can be applied to prenatal diagnosis, cancer signal detection, and immune-mediated diseases.
