Development of a Center for Sustainable Energy Expertise for Cities.

The purpose of this study is to lay the foundation for the development of a center of excellence for the two main energy sources that can be harvested in an urban environment, namely solar energy in the form of photovoltaic energy and heat of different origins, shared through an advanced heat set of the fourth generation.
