Tranexamic Acid To Reduce Bleeding in Patients Treated with New Oral Anticoagulants (EXTRACT-NOAC)

The aim of this project is to implement a better periprocedural policy in patients treated with direct oral anticoagulants and to undergo teeth extraction. In this double-blind, randomized, phase IV clinical trial, we will examine whether the addition of tranexamic acid mouthwash to standard treatment in tooth extraction reduces the number of bleeding complications.
