The project will provide an overview of the labyrinth of refomrs but focuses on the content and potential impact of the social pilar on especially the process of governance of national policies. This governance is at the heart of the European Semester, and since social priorities and social impact will be more internalised and the social partners are invited to participate in it, we will discuss how this will be realised.
