Nanoscale manipulation and characterization inside a transmission electron microscope.
The nanomanipulator integrated in a holder for transmission electron microscopy enables the nanoscale manipulation and measuring the functionality of nanomaterials while simultaneously observing the structure and chemistry of the sample on the atomic scale.
