Evaluation of the Flemish school advisory services in Adult education.

The goal of this project is to support the work of the committee responsible for the evaluation of school advisory services. The research focuses on the operation, the range and the perceived effects of the school advisory services and the cooperation between school advisory services. To achieve a meaningful evaluation of the school advisory services and to go beyond the scope of a survey measuring only satisfaction, we use the evaluation model of Kirkpatrick (1998) as the theoretical framework in our research. We conduct a web-based survey among schools, pupil guidance services, and school advisory services. Based on this research, we formulate recommendations to improve the operation of the school advisory services and recommendations to the committee that will be responsible for the evaluation of the school advisory services.
