Project

ESF 2118 strong@work.

Psychosocial problems as stress, depression, anxiety, loneliness, relationship problems, family and educational problems and poor social skills often play an important role in re-integration into the labor market. This project is aimed at jobseekers from disadvantaged groups and has three objectives: 1) The identification of the necessary competencies, attitudes and psychosocial skills to obtain and / or maintain a job 2) To develop educational programs and tests to screen and remediate the psychosocial skills of job seekers 3) Developing a computer tool for the training of those skills that can be used to support teachers and counselors at the one hand and to help and educate individual jobseekers on the other hand. This project is realised in a joint partnership between the KULeuven, ISW Limits NV, het Leerwerkbedrijf Oost Brabant and CBE Leuven/ Hageland
