Project

Molybdenum high-energy X-ray source for in-situ diffraction studies of advanced materials and single crystals.

The molecular structure of materials can be determined by studying the diffraction of X-rays. The radiation, generated by a molybdenum X-ray source is high energetic and allows for the study of materials that excessively absorb the X-rays of more common sources.
