Organisation profile:

The research unit Functional Tools & Techniques for Online Programs applies the advantages of the functional programming paradigm (increased productivity, less errors, more reuse, …) in the domain of loosely coupled and flexible software services in an interconnected online world (service based, mobile apps, cloud computing, ...). Our expertise lies in education and promotion of functional programming and in the development of guidelines, tools and language extensions on how to do this effectively in the aforementioned  domains. FunTTop is embedded in the research group ACRO of campus Diepenbeek and DTAI in Leuven.
