Boost2Work (Boost2Work)

We carried out two pilots in the ESF IDA project 460 Boost2work, which we thoroughly documented with a research report impact evaluation and a service delivery roadmap, including service blueprint and Business Model Canvas.This experience shows that the service delivery has impact. It also shows that there are opportunities to further increase that impact. By scaling up the referral, we can achieve a growing participant reach and sustainable funding. In this project, we tackle that challenge through 5 concrete scaling-up actions. Boost2work responds to important social needs, headed by the need for successful reintegration of the increasing number of long-term sick people in our society.
