Flow Imaging Microscope – FlowCam 8100
Flow Imaging Microscope with 10 or 20x objective and respective flowcell (80 or 50 µm) to image and count micrometer sized particulates. Colour camera with shutter speed of 100 frames per second and 1920*1200 pixels. Flowrate 0,05-10 ml/min. Minimal sample volume 100 µl. Software: Visual Spreadsheet, allows to extract various paraemters such as edge gradient, transparency and aspect ratio.
